Ordering:

Has my order been shipped?
You will receive an email from us when your order is shipped.

Can I pick up my order at Scan Speak?
No, it is not possible to pick up your order directly from us.

Can I track my shipment?
Yes. When you receive the email from us confirming that your order has been shipped, our carrier will also send an email which contains the tracking number of the shipment.

Can I select a delivery location other than the billing address?
Yes. Under "my account" and "my addresses" you can create different delivery addresses which you can choose from when ordering. Note: This option is only available if you create an account.

Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
Changing a delivery address can only be done prior to shipment from Scan-Speak. Should you wish to make a change after placing your order, you must contact us at shop@scan-speak.dk as soon as possible if a change is needed.

How do I cancel an order?
A cancellation of an order can only be done prior to shipment from Scan-Speak. Should you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us at shop@scan-speak.dk as soon as possible if a cancellation is needed.

One of the products I have ordered is out of stock, does this mean that the entire order is on hold waiting for all products or will the out of stock product be sent later?
We will contact you if we find that a product you have ordered is not available in order to discuss as to when you want to receive the product.

Payment:

Which payment methods does Scan Speak accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We only accept cards with 3D secure payment.

When is the payment deducted from my credit card?
The invoice amount is debited to your credit card when the product is shipped.

How can I get a copy of my invoice?
You will receive your invoice by mail and with your shipment. If you need a copy you can contact us at shop@scan-speak.dk

Returns:

How do I make a return?
If you wish to return a product please refer to our Terms and Conditions of Sale – Return Policy in this online store website.

When is a refund credited to my credit card?
The refund amount is credited to your credit card 2-3 days after we have received the returned product and processed the credit card refund.

How do I return a damaged, defective or incorrect product?
If you have a warranty claim, please refer to our Terms and Conditions of Sale – Warranty in this online store website.

What should I do if the product was damaged during shipment?
If you receive a product where it has obvious external shipping damage, you should refuse to take delivery from the carrier and notify us immediately.
If there is no obvious external shipping damage and you accept the delivery and later find that the product is damaged, you may return the product within the return period for exchange as stated in our Terms and Conditions of Sale – Return Policy in this online store website.

Can I get help with the use of the product, design and crossover?
We can assist in providing general information about the product and its uses.
We do not provide advice about any choice of crossover and/or cabinet designs. For such queries we recommend that you refer to our distributors' expertise and any appropriate forums on the internet.
