We do not offer an exchange of products, but should your expectations not be met and you regret your purchase, then you can return the product to us within 14 days after receipt.
Please contact Scan-Speak A/S and return the product in the same condition and quantity as when received and in the original packaging.
Any right to return lapses if you use the product in a way that clearly significantly reduces the re- sale value of the product. For example, you may not install the product in a cabinet, which will cause screw marks and possibly scratch it. You may not solder the product, or carry out other activities with the product which will cause the product to no longer appear as new and unused.
Please note that the original packaging is an essential part of the product. If the packaging is not included with the return or is damaged, the product cannot be considered returned in the same condition as when delivered.
When returning, please mark the package "Return" and attach a copy of the invoice as evidence that the returned products are purchased from www.scan-speak-store.com.
The return shipping costs must be paid by you as the buyer and Scan-Speak does not reimburse any return shipping costs including those for any purchase of return packing materials.
Upon receipt of the returned product and verification that is meets the parameters of this return policy, we will credit the purchase amount of the returned product to the same credit card you used for your order.
Note! We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.

As a consumer you are entitled to a 24 month warranty for products valid from the date of receipt according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Please keep the invoice as your proof of purchase to support this written warranty.
Such warranty allows you to get your money back, have the products repaired or replaced, or receive a reduction in price during the warranty period, depending on the specific situation.
For the warranty to be valid, it is a requirement that the claim is justified, and that the defect has arisen under normal use and operation.
The warranty covers: manufacturing and material defects detectable by normal use of the product.
The warranty does not cover: malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, usage not in accordance with product instructions, improper repair, or installation.
We will, if the warranty claim is deemed valid, refund the (reasonable) shipment costs you may have incurred for the return of the product to us. Please ensure you retain a receipt for the return shipping costs in order for us to process such a reimbursement.

You will then receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form for completion and return instructions.
Remember that the product must always be returned in its original packaging as per the terms of this warranty policy.
