How to shop:

You must complete the following 5 steps to make a purchase on www.scan-speak-store.com:
1. Find the products you wish to buy and put them in the cart; then go to checkout.
2. Enter your personal information.
3. Select shipping and payment method.
4. Accept our terms and conditions.
5. Make sure that all information on the shopping cart summary page is correct; then approve the purchase.

When you shop at www.scan-speak-store.com you agree to our sales policy in the English language.

All purchases are governed by Danish law, regardless of the language used.

All prices shown on www.scan-speak-store.com are stated excluding VAT and other taxes, by pcs/set, unless otherwise indicated.
Prices are current prices.
We do NOT charge any handling fees.

Scan-Speak A/S assumes no liability with respect to any misprints, price changes, exchange rate fluctuations, lack of availability, or deviations from the written descriptions and images shown in relation to a product.

Payment:

Scan-Speak A/S accepts payment via Visa and Mastercard when you shop at our online store.
We charge no credit card payment fees.
We require 3D Secure (Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode) to complete all payments.

The invoice amount is debited to your credit card when the product is shipped.
We never withdraw an amount higher than the amount you approved and verified during your purchasing process.
You will receive a copy of your invoice upon receipt of your shipment.

Order Confirmation:

You will receive, immediately after your purchase is completed, an order confirmation via e-mail.
The order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address you provided when placing your order.
We will contact you via e-mail should we, when processing your order, find that the product you have ordered is not available.

Delivery and transit time:

We will, upon receipt of your order, usually be able to ship the product within the next business day.
The forwarding company we use is Geodis Wilson which uses carriers like DHL, UPS, FEDEX, GO or GLS.
The expected transit time will appear when you enter your delivery address and choose the shipping method at the time of placing your order.
You will receive an e-mail when your products have been shipped.

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs must be met by you as the buyer.
The costs depend on the weight and size of the delivery.
Our current shipping rates can be found at the bottom of the page on our online store website under Information – Shipping costs.
The shipping costs will appear when you place your order and will be shown on your order confirmation.

Online Sales within the EU:

We do not sell products via our online store to EU countries.

Online Sales outside the EU:

Such purchases are not subject to VAT.
Your purchase may be subject to customs charges, import duties and taxes levied when the product reaches your specified destination.
Such additional charges for customs clearance or import duties or taxes must be met by you, the buyer, as Scan-Speak A/S has no control over such charges.
You should contact your local customs office for further information on customs policies or duties. We ensure that the required documents for export and import clearance are enclosed in the shipment.

Delay in transit:

The transit time is determined by our best estimate and Scan-Speak A/S disclaims any liability to the buyer in the event of a delay in transit. As a buyer, you can only cancel the transaction as a result of such a delay, if you have provided us with a written notice to cancel the purchase in case of a delay in transit when placing your order.
If such a written notice has been given at the time of order placement, and you subsequently want to invoke a delay in transit, it must be given to Scan-Speak A/S in writing immediately after the delayed event has occurred.

Lost in transit:

Please note that Scan-Speak A/S assumes no liability for any incorrect address, or otherwise false, inaccurate, and/or incorrect information entered by the buyer when placing the order which causes a delay or loss of goods in transit.

Incorrect delivery:
